# AppSumo

> Get your licence key from an AppSumo deal and unlock Beckon Pro.

Bought Beckon Pro on AppSumo? Your licence key comes from withbeckon.app when you activate the
deal.

**1. Activate the deal on AppSumo**

Open your [AppSumo products](https://appsumo.com/account/products/), find Beckon and click
**Activate**. AppSumo sends you to withbeckon.app.

**2. Copy your key**

The page shows your Beckon licence key, with **Copy**. Keep it: it unlocks Pro on your Macs.

**3. Unlock Beckon**

If Beckon is installed, click **Open in Beckon** and it unlocks straight away. Or open Beckon →
**Settings → Licence**, paste the key and click **Unlock**.

Don't have Beckon yet? [Download it](https://withbeckon.app/download), open it, then come back to
the page (or press Activate on AppSumo again).

## How many Macs

| AppSumo deal | Macs |
| - | - |
| Tier 1 | 3 |
| Tier 2 | 10 |

Upgrading your tier on AppSumo raises the number of Macs for the same key. To move Beckon to
another Mac, open **Settings → Licence** on the old one and click **Deactivate on this Mac**.

## Lost your key?

Press **Activate** on AppSumo again and you'll be back on the page with your key.

## Refunds

AppSumo purchases are refunded through AppSumo, within its refund window. A refunded key stops
working and Beckon goes back to Free.
